Project Highlights:

Albemarle Plantation is an established gated residential golf and marina community located on the waterfront of beautiful Albemarle Sound in northeastern North Carolina. Bissell Professional Group is pleased to have provided surveying services to Albemarle Plantation over the course of the past 13 years.

This development consisted of two phases totaling approximately 2,800 acres.

Project Highlights:

This 3.7 acres site located on the coast of North Carolina, NCCAT’s eastern campus is situated prominently along the shoreline of Pamlico Sound. What once served as headquarters for the U.S. Coast Guard, this fully renovated campus is one of North Carolina’s coastal landmarks and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. NCCAT’s Ocracoke campus includes a conference center, residence halls, dining facilities, and an outdoor classroom.

Colington Harbour is an island located to the west of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. While it is commonly referred to as one island, there are actually two separate islands, Big Colington Island and Little Colington Island.
